Physical Strength = Mental Strength

Physical strength is underrated and is as important as mental strength.

Ask if mental strength is more important or physical?

More than 75 would vote for mental health.

This happens due to the following reasons:

  1. There is a high chance that a majority of those 75 people wouldn’t have built their physical strength by working out consistently, and hence don’t know how it feels to be physically strong. 
  2. The popular discourse of recent times is full of narratives about people who used their mental strength to achieve great things and these narratives help shape mindset.

But if you look after your body by

  1. eating well
  2. sleeping well
  3. exercising regularly

The physical strength you build will keep you energized and feed your mental strength, the way your mental strength feeds your physical strength to help you complete those last 100 metres.
